Returns Policy
It's very simple! If your purchase isn't quite what you're looking for, you have **14 days** from the receipt of your order to send your items back to us for a refund. This policy applies to full-priced items.
Please follow these steps:
1. Use the original packaging to return the item(s) in their original condition, unused, with garment tags and the “do not remove” tag still attached.
2. Ensure that items are returned within the **14-day** timeframe and are in a saleable condition.
3. Bring to your post office or visit DPD online services to follow their steps
4. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as Beau Jolie will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) during return shipping.
Once we receive your return, it generally takes up to **5-10 working days** for your card to be refunded, depending on your card issuer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.
If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at info@beaujolie.ie
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
